Workshop Identifying Sick Patients through Simulation
This one day dynamic course is designed for 12 - 16 participants who work across all adult specialities e.g. Bank, Pool, Agency and / or Return to Practice Nurses.
The day consists of workshops and simulation covering medicine, surgery and orthopaedic nursing. Reference is made to ‘how to find out essential information when working in an unfamilar environment’.
By the end of the course the participants will be able to:
1. Gain experience in dealing with unfamilar clinical situations.
2. Identify and demonstrate the components of effective teamwork
3.Identify areas of further development
