Team Training for Critical Incidents
This 2 day course is designed to foster a generic approach to crisis management that can be applied to virtually any emergency situation. Multiple simulations are employed to explore the use of emergency protocols, team function, leadership skills, error analysis and risk management in the clinical workplace.
For 2008, all course places have been allocated for local and deanery training. We may run external courses again in 2009. Please e-mail us at bookings@bmsc.co.uk for more details.
