The American Academy of Pediatrics, in collaboration with the Bristol Medical Simulation Centre, is proud to present a Master Trainer Course for Helping Babies Breathe 2nd Edition.



Course Description:

This two-day course will provide participants with the skills and equipment to teach neonatal resuscitation using low technology methods and robust, portable equipment.


Helping Babies Breathe is an evidence-based educational programme to teach neonatal resuscitation techniques to all those who attend births in resource limited countries.


Who should attend:

The session is designed to develop new Help Babies Breathe Master Trainers who will make a commitment to train global healthcare professionals in resource limited environments to provide the initial steps of neonatal resuscitation with an emphasis on The Golden Minute.

It is suitable for doctors, nurses, midwives and allied health professionals.
